Dr. Ray Barry will review your medical history, discussing with you your expectations for the treatment and will assess your suitability based on this.
How long do the results last?

Typically the results of this treatment can last for 3 months, and full results are usually visible after 2 weeks. Patients normally report smoothing of wrinkles.
Is it painful?

Treatment has minimal pain and the needles used for the injection is very small. Any discomfort felt is only momentary, and after 20 -30 minutes the patient has normally left the clinic and able to pursue all normal activities, such as working, driving etc.
What is the aftercare?

Do not exercise for 48 hours

No facial treatments for 2 weeks post treatment

Do not rub or massage the area for 48 hours after treatment

Use spf and avoid strong sunlight for 2 weeks post treatment

keep upright for at least 4 hours post treatment

Try to exercise the treated muscles a little for the first few hours post treatment – this will help the product work into the muscles

Mild headaches may be experienced for up to 2 weeks after treatment

Anne is a registered nurse and has been involved in Aesthetic Medicine for 20 years. She has specialized training & alot of experience in all the different Aesthetic Treatments that she provides. She is a founding member of DANAI (Dermatology Aesthetic Nurses Association of Ireland – www.danai.ie).
She is highly respected within her profession and also mentors other nurses, doctors and dentists. In 2022 Anne finished the ‘Train the Trainer ‘ programme with Galderma & joined a very talented group of colleagues on the GAIN Faculty (Galderma Aesthetic Injectors Network)!
